So I wand up getting arrested in solitude, but instead of paying the fee, I ended up going to prison. So I attempted to break out of prison, but one of the damn guards heard the commotion, and then ran up to my cell to investigate. The guard unlocked my cell and then started giving me a good dose of ass kicking. Moments later I see the fricken executioner and head jailer, http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Ahtar, attacking the guards (I thought for sure he was going to join in on the ass kicking, since he is the head jailer after all) as an act of defending me. I felt bad and decided to stay behind and shoot my Paralysis spells at the guards (I should've used the calm spells, which I didn't have at the time). Poor Ahtar ended up dying as a result. I decided to load my previous saved game and decided not to break out of prison, since I a lot of respect for Ahtar.
