Are there console commands that allow me to have my character perform actions? Things like clapping, doing a happy dance, etc.? If so, where can I find them?

There is a command playidle [insert animation ID here]

OT, prolly a mod for it if your on PC. I think F3 and NV had a mod for various idle animations and dancing.
