Its not clear for me, i read all i have found about the CK and i have the feeling that the CK is going to be Steam dependant, i may be wrong... but its not clear to me, can someome confirm this?

The game is steam dependant and so will be CS.

I doubt it, since the CK doesn't cost any money Bethesda has no use of Steam's DRM. They may release a version through Steam tools but I bet there will be a separate download on their own website. Even if it is only distributed through Steam, it really doesn't matte considering you already have Steam for Skyrim.

You still need Steam to run Skyrim, so technically you would need Steam to use CS for modding.
