I have been wondering, if there are more effects that never end because you were gifted them? Like the theives guild, once you complete the 'no stone unturned' you get a 'paragon' and you will recieve an effect that will make you find more gems in chests.
There is another one called 'agent of diabella' and the effect is that you do more damage on other six then you( if you are male you do. Ore damage on woman)

You see what I am talking about? This permananet effects for your character.

So is there more effects from certain quests?

Oh I have that sendipity just forgot to include it in, and I had ancient knowledge on my last character. Never had sailors repose, so I am going to look for it. Thank you. Is that only it?

There is Agent of Dibella, Agent of Mara, Ancient Knowledge, Dragon Infusion, Eternal Spirit, The Fire Within, Force Without Effort, Prowler's Profit, Sailor's Repose, & Sinderion's Serendipity

Out of Eternal Spirit, The Fire Within, and Force Without Effort you can only have one of them.

Dragon Infusion, Eternal Spirit, The Fire Within, and Force Without Effort you will have a chance at during the MQ
Agent of Dibella= Markarth Temple (talk to the bum in Markarth to get started)
Ancient Knowledge= an argonian at Riften docks gives you an item to return to a ruin
Prowler's Profit= Stones of Barenziah quest
Sailor's Repose= a lighthouse somewhere in the Northeast. I think in the Winterhold hold not exactly sure.
Sinderion's Serendipity= Blackreach kicks it off
