Tell me about your followers and how you've made them deadly/Useful! I am curious!

As for me. I am glitched and have two followers currently..

~Derkeethus~
-Armor-
He has Full Daedric Armor with Max Armor Rating.

-Weapons-
His default invisible bow with Daedric Arrows.
Sanquine's Rose. He'll use this to summon Dremoras.
Two Staves of Magnus. (Game glitched and I got two) He'll duel-wield both and uses these like 80% of the time while his bow like 18% of the time.
Daedric Greatsword with damage of over 2 million. I just gave this to him for the lols and he rarely uses it! Like once every 6 hours... Also, if I tick him off.. He kills me with it..

-Enchantments-
His armor is heavily enchanted to make him immune to magic. And his boots are muffled.

-Other Stuff-
He has lockpicks so he can open any door he wishes (And yes, he does open doors that normally requires keys)

~Cicero~
-Armor-
His outfit with Konahrik's Mask.

-Weapons-
Blade of Woe and randomly found Staves that he uses until they die then I trash them. He also will use scrolls I give him.

-Enchantments-
Normal ones he has on his outfit.

-Other Stuff-
Lockpicks for same reason as above.
A torch as a light source
Full Soul Gems. He holds them and I'll use them to recharge Derkeethus's Staves.

~Funny Stuff~
I like these two a lot, mainly Cicero cause he randomly dances. They also fight a lot.... Derkeethus always win too. Also, you can tell Cicero to attack Derkeethus and he wouldn't care. He'll just knock out Cicero quickly then keeps following you.

I just love traveling with Argis The Bulwark. His health is high and I don't have to worry about him all the time. He's in all ebony armor. We found some ebony armor of mending and I enchanted the gauntlets to fortify one-handed because he likes the ebony war axe. I think his ebony boots have fortify stamina and he doesn't wear a helm. The ebony shield has magic resistance. The ebony bow has soul-trap and they're all improved from smithing. His favorite weapons are really the staves though. He's got the Sanguine Rose and a staff of Ice Spikes and a Staff of Revenant. He's pretty tough with all that. He doesn't talk too much and carries all my stuff, no complaint in his voice. (Sorry Lydia. )

The only 2 I've ever used are:
Lydia - Legendary Ancient Nord Armor with a Legendary Steel Shield and Legendary Nord Hero Sword

Mjoll - Legendary Falmer Armor with a Legendary Ebony Great Sword

I don't put Enchantments on their armor because they don't benefit from the same ones we do and I don't put Enchantments on their weapons because I don't want to bother with recharging them.

I've only recently started using them when I don't really "need" them so they just look like bodyguards when I walk around towns in 'normal' clothes.

Edit: I used the Wabbajack on Lydia once I passed 50 and tried it on Mjoll, but I got the fire or frost offensive spells like 10 times in a row on multiple restores so I gave up. I think I was past level 40 before I ever hit Riften, anyway, so she's most likely at her cap - certainly behaves like she's capped in fights.

Golldir was my best follower, he seemed to never go low on health, and he was aggressive in combat. I had him in Steel Plate and using the Pale Blade.
