What is the difference between...

Skyrim, and say, Falloujt: New Vegas? My computer can't play many games, but it usually runs Gamebryo games at medium+. Skyrim uses Creation, which is really still Gamebryo. I can play Oblivion on Ultra High, but sometimes I'm forced to use TG because crap tons of grass slow me down. If I can play those games well, would Skyrim work just as fine? I saw videos on "TF2 mode" for Skyrim and have zero desire to play the game if it's going to be like that.

I got Processor: AMD Athlon™ II X4 630 Processor (4 CPUs), ~2.8GHz
Memory: 4096MB RAM
Available OS Memory: 3840MB RAM

ard name: ATI Radeon HD 4200
Manufacturer: ATI Technologies Inc.
Chip type: ATI display adapter (0x9710)

I also got DX 11. I heard my specs are okay, but that card is really outdated and garbage. Second opinions? If it can run on at least medium I'll get it for PC :)

Oblivion is worse for me. Every time I exit the game, I have to use Task Manager.

And people still compalin about Skyrim being a bug mess  what i can't really understand.I couldn't even do a quest in New vegas because of so much bugs i had like 15 crashes per day and almost all the cool quests on the game are buged as hell with insane issues.

tech. I'm just wondering if I can make the transition from NEw Vegas to Skyrim. It's still the same engine, but I wonder if the new changes made to Skyrim will fry my computer in next last year.

Skyrim generally runs better than Oblivion, and looks better too. If you can run Oblivion on near ultra, you'll run Skryim okay. New Vegas is kind of the same as Oblivion, perhaps a bit better performance wise.
