So, the title is a bit untruthful. I can use the full FusDoRah shout, and Whirlwind sprint. But I have 6 other shouts, and I have absorbed 18 Souls, and I can't use any of them. Is there something I'm supposed to do specifically in order to use a shout? Am I missing a way to "spend" my dragon souls on the shouts I want to? I'm seriously getting annoyed here, what's the point of learning the shouts and absorbing the souls if I can't use any of the shouts >< Any help would be much appreciated!

Sunova[censored]. Ignore this. You do have to "Spend" the Dragon Souls. I"m really not sure how in the hell I never noticed that before, but I figured I'd better go and check to see if it was something like that, and lo and behold, all I had to do was spend the soul >< Well, this is a moot post now! Mods you can delete/lock this!
