After completing "Noone Escapes From Cidhna Mine" I reentered the Shrine Of Talos in Markarth and the guards are still their surrounding Eltrys' body trying to arrest me? Apprently they failed to disappear after I just killed Madanach . Is their anyway to fix and is anyone else experiencing this?

Yes he won't die in there. But using him to get your attacking and blocking skills up is great so I have no complaints about him being immortal

When and where did you kill Madanach?

I don't think you guys read properly...

I did it and those guards are still stalking the shrine so I just avoid the place instead of going in there.

At ladyonthemoon and Helpmeout, I think you two completely misread the thread.

This is a common bug. Just avoid the temple of Talos.
