Yep, and the spell chain lightning also has the same effect, found that out the hard way.

You know, if you have the power to summon a lightning storm that miraculously never harms you, doesn't it stand to reason that you could also exclude non-hostile actors as well?

I think it would make more sense to hit even you, though it would only be more annoying. I think I used it once. On that gaurd at riften who tries to get money from you. I accidentally killed all the horses there and never used it again.

I used it on the forsworn camp at Deepwood Vale...if it didn't kill them outright it softened them up quite nicely. That was my fave experience with storm call.

I think its good to pull down dragons if you dont already have that shout is it?

This is how I used it, and it was for the first time. What was funny is I managed to kill the dragon before the shout ran out, so it continued to strike my companion even after the fight was won. He kept warning:

"What are you doing?"

"I'm warning you!"

"This is the last time I'm telling you!"

"Arggh!"


And that was the end of poor Marcurio.

Yeah...I angered a whole town like that. Never used it again!

Kinda pointless Shout. I used it while having Brelyna as a Follower and got suspended by the Collage.
