Just a straightforward question. Iv'e tried googling but to not much success. I've been hearing conflicting reports. Does dual savagery and Dual Flurry affect unarmed?

I just got dual flurry rank 2, and it seems to be a little faster but it could just be my imagination.

Should really be noticeably faster not a little faster. So I'm guessing it's your imagination.

Try saving then testing it out by getting both of the perks. It should be a pretty noticeable difference, 35% faster I think.
