Hi,

When I've finished the quest an Argonian asks for 750 gold and gives me a hat. Do I need that hat for anything or can I just toss it?

Random item. It's just a random encounter, so you can toss the hat or keep it if you'd like to. It's very warm.

I just finally saw this guy and it's been ingame months since I 'finished' A Night to Remember. :P ...and he tried to extort 10 grand from me. :o

He tried to extort 10k from me, but settled on 750 gold. As he was running away, he was promptly killed by a blast of dragon breath.

A while later, he somehow comes back from the dead and finds me AGAIN - settling for the 750 gold.

Yups, he doesn't keep it at one time. He's come to find me about 5 times up to now. He's getting damn annoying.
