Anyone know where I can purchase good alchemy gear?

you can't do it anywhere like in oblvivion, you have to do it at a table and all you need is ingreditents to make potions and poisins

You can find alchemy tables all over Skyrim were you can make potions, but no more potions on the fly.

Do you mean this OP or appeal with fortify alchemy?

I want to buy alchemy apparel, not ingredients.

store inventory changes all the time, so you kind of have to get lucky (or get really lucky and find it as random loot). Just check armor shops once in a while
Wizards like Farengar might sell it as well
