I got pretty far up until I starting having alove the bugs. I learned what I want and didn't want with skills. When all these bugs are fixed should I just restart?

You could or you could wait it out. I started plenty of new characters not from the bugs well one, but mostly because I like to switch it up. However what i would suggest is if you do start over keep your old save and see what gets fixed in the future then maybe revisit the old character... Also change the character's name from kicking wing to kicking ass... I would *nods nods*

I'm going to create a new main and most likely delete my (almost) lv50 character because it has so many bugs. The Dremora won't respawn at Dagon's Shrine, ore veins never respawn, I can't interact with any of the weapon racks in my house, etc.
