Which mage skills should I use the trainers on?

Which one would be the hardest to level up I guess. Also note that I haven't increased my magicka at all, and I don't plan on to.

Restoration, no doubt.

Restoration seconded. It's not slow, but it seems that the others level up much faster.

Restoration levels up the slowest but it is easier than destruction to grind. If you aren't against leveling unnaturally then you could always just tape down the cast button then come back in a few hours.

Err nevermind, not a mage skill.

It's not technically classified as a Magical skill, but I would suggest Alchemy. A chore to level but super versatile.

No, no, I'd consider alchemy a mage skill, since that's why I said mage skills instead of magicka skills. But I thought alchemy leveled up pretty fast.

Restoration and Destruction, unless you use Conjuration, in which case you can just raise zombies everywhere to train both your Destruction and Conjuration (that combo is seriously easy to train together).

I think I'll do this for Destruction and Conjuration...

The value of 100 Conjuration is greater than 100 Destruction, so I'd do that. On my second mage I didn't bother to skill up Destruction past 80 (except through normal use).

It does if you are creating expensive (read multi-effect) potions.

Collecting ingredients is the time-consuming part. There's really no way to spam the skill.
