The general store in whiteruns owner is belethor, is there any way i can marry him? and if i do do i get anything special since hes a shop owner?

also can i marry the jarl's courtwizard in whiterun?

if not either of these im just gona marry some hot chick like lydia

I don't think you can marry either of them unless you are on the PC.
