Hi,

Very new here, very new to the game (few days play) and new to the forums so go easy. I searched but couldn't find so any links or help would be great.


First of all control (telling them what to do)


I am getting into control of your follower(s) but I find it clumsy to go near to them, talk to them, select "I want you to do something" then command them.

Am I missing something glaringly obvious, or is there a quick key mod around that means you can get them into "I want you to do something" mode on-the-fly without all the talking slowness?

IE: if we are in a situation where they are not near me and I send them over to an area to wait, then want them to move or do something, how do I do that by avoiding having to walk up to them to talk first?



Other Q's

As regards horses, can you get them to mount your horse with you? If not is there a mod in the works?

Can you get them to mount a secondary horse along side your own so they follow you on horseback than on foot when your on a horse? If not is there a mod?

I dont know what the key is for PC but on consoles you can hold down the "use" key to get into "do this" mode quickly as a shortcut. Whatever key that lets you drag / move stuff should work. On PS3 it's holding down X. Just try and pick up / move your follower. I don't know the range though, it's probably pretty close.

Followers can't ever ride horses, yours or their own. Kinda lame but they're pretty good at catching up to you a few seconds after you stop.

Guess what, I never knew you could drag anything, trigger, pick up ... but not drag.

Either way I would like to see an ASI mod that simply placed that activation mode under a key, that way they wouldn't have to be that near you as the keypress would trigger that scipt I guess.

Again I hope after the tools are released we get to see fighting from horse, followers mounting horse etc, really is thing I was surprised to see not it.
