Ok, I now have got the bug where you can't buy the house in Markarth. I read about it on the Wiki and it's happening to me.

Every time I go to the Jarl's steward in Markarth there is no dialogue option to buy the house. Yes, I have done all the pre-requisites to buy a house in Markarth.

So, how do I buy it with console commands? I had to buy Hjermin with console commands as well, due to the bug where, if you do all the DB quests, you can't trigger the Blood on Ice quest in Windhelm.
