Leather Strips

what can i do with them because i have over 2000 leather strips atm

what do? :) i just figured out today i'm pretty much hoarding those loopy strips things

They're used in blacksmithing if you want to make hundreds of low quality armors.

Throw them off High Hrothgar, if you jump after them then you know you're hoarding them.
