Hey, is there any command that can start a quest? I need to start the quest MG06 or something, because when i finished the last one the next one didn't star (Yes i did everything i was suppose to do)

so i wonder if it is any command that can start a quest?

I don't have this game for PC, but those who have should know what quest your talking about.
There are different commands for each different thing.

The command will probably look like

setstage MG06 1

Look up the specific quest i.d. in the UESP.
