Smithing and Heavy armour

Post » Wed Jun 06, 2012 4:38 pm

Ok so I haven't really been increasing my smithing skill as I tend to scavenge most materials, even my heavy armour. So heres the thing, lets say I want Ebony armour or Daedric armour. Is there any way for me to obtain it without smithing it ? Like off an enemy, or hidden somewhere? You don't have to specify where or which enemy but I just want to know if its possible.

Yeah but I'm like level 17 and Im kind of juggling a few thief skills along with a lot of warrior skills and I never really thought that smithing would be useful (first time in TES game) so I don't really think levelling it up is an option.

worth it. you get to make your weapons and armor for cheap, smith it up to do more damage. and its easier to do this all you need to do is make iron daggers and hide/lether wrist things( forgot whats it called)
and i got my smithing up at 100 at level 5 or 7.
