Detect Life in a crowded place like the Ragged Flagon/Ragged Flagon Cistern is a great way to boost Alteration.

For restoration you're best off using Circle of Protection over and over again.

where can i buy those spells?

Detect Life can be acquired for completing a quest in the Rift. Go to Treva's Watch, a fort west of Riften to start it.

For Circle of Protection, you can find it as random loot (although rarely) or get it from the Restoration professor in the College of Winterhold, although you do have to be a certain level in that school to get it.

You can always buy training from the Priestess of Kynareth in Whiterun after completing the Blessings of Nature quest.
