Im on the quest to kill cicero but i cannot talk to arnof(namea not spelled right) and cannot enter the door.

And on the thieves guild i somehow manage to have two quest from delvin and cannot claim my reward for one of them and not i cant get it out of my quest log.

My apologies guys, kinda new to the forums.

But they are glitched, ive read the journals. Dont have passcode in dialoge and im stuck bc arnbjorn he will not talk to me either just repeats same script repeatively. And cannot open the door.

Now the thieves guild when i go to get quest from vex or delvin it takes a very long time before the quest go in my log, but the time i did it i just tried getting all of them and i got 2 quest at the same time i did both of them but can only claim one at a time and also when i go to get quest from delvin now i only have one option now instead of 3 or 4.

Bit aggrivated was really getting into it like never before my longest character out of 30 or 40 tries of whiterun and bleak falls and companions quest for 5 months and finally decided to do thief/ assassin. I did and it had been amazing for me.

I did the db quest to lvl to 36 for my nightingale stuff but was halted to 31 bc of this. The might i add that in a dlc plz have more nightingale quest and in future games noctonural is my favorite and this playstyle.

Now im cleaning my quest long up and find weapons for my manor in solitude. Maybe theres a fix for this?

If you can find the vendor, he might still have them. I've heard that vendors don't clear quest items the player sells.

If that doesn't work, do you have an older save you can reload?

I'm not sure I understand your problem with Devlin and Vex. I've only tried getting one job at a time from each of them. I didn't even know you could agree to more than one from each. But, if you have multiple quests pending completion (you haven't/can't turn them in), maybe that's why Devlin only has one choice for you? Does he offer you the option to quit any jobs? I also had the problem where the quests from Devlin and Vex didn't load properly after I agreed to them (on my Xbox character). One time I just reloaded and it worked after.

Don't worry too much about it. Someone who's been registered for the forums since a month before this game was released and enters a thread with the words "quest" and "glitches" in the title is tantamount to someone who waits 6 months to see The Sixth Sense and complains that they'd heard that Bruce Willis' character was dead through 80% of the movie.
