It's taking me hours. Anybody know what the console command is to spawn armor that has Stamina Rate fortification? I tried this (playerenchantobject 1393e 7A105) but I can't disenchant the item and also the item is waaay to overpowered to be used.

**Also if anybody knows the console command to disenchant an item it would be cool.
