Everytime i pray to a Talo's shrine i recieve: Shout recharge time reduced by 0%
I thought "oh ok, maybe i have to do some quest because his worship is outlawed" ect.
Yet when i wear a Talo's amulet i get like 10% or something...

So this is a bug then?

Really? no one has ever activated a Talo's shrine b4?

The forums search function would have helped. This is a known issue and is reportedly only a display error in the menu. You still get 20% reduction in recharge time from the shrine, it is just not noted correctly in the menu.

The description is just bugged. Quote: "The description for the Blessing of Talos reads "Time between shouts is reduced 0%." This is due to the game using the decimal form of 20%, which is 0.2. That 0.2 rounds down in the description to 0, making it appear as if the blessing has no effect, even though it does properly assign the bonus."

And if you wear an Amulet of Talos in addition, both cumulate as usual, I think? So 40% reduction. Would be rather mighty, I'll give it a trial.
