Okay so i was starting the questline for the dark brotherhood and i noticed i didnt get one one of the hoods with the mask attached when astrid gave me my gear, where can i get one of those hood?

Are you a beast race?

If you're a male, the Shrouded Cowl is maskless no matter what (There should be two, one saying Shrouded Cowl, and another saying Shrouded Cowl Maskless). If you're a beast race, the Cowls won't show up at all no matter what.
