I know that the number of shots you have with a staff corresponds to the skill level you have in that magic school, I was just wondering if the perks increase the damage output of a staff. (IE, does augmented flames boost the damage on a staff of fireball?)

I know the number of charges increases with your destruction skill, and at 100 destro you get infinite charges. Other than that I would check out the wiki.
