Quest: Season Unending
All is done with the exception of General Tullius. He has nothing new to say although he has a quest marker above his head.

Quest: The Fallen
All is done with the exception of "Get Greybeard's help in negotiating a truce. Arngeir has nothing new to say although he has a quest marker above his head.

Quest: Message to Whiterun: All is done with the exception of Delivering the axe to Jarl Ulfric. Jarl Ulfric will not take the axe. He says: "I'll come to your council. But I doubt any good will come of it." Again, nothing new to say but still has a quest marker above his head.

Not quest related but.... I have arrows stuck in my body and they won't go away. I have shutdown and restarted the game. Still there.

The mouse is very sluggish while having the map up.

Any help on the above problems is much appreciated.

The two weird issues I mentioned at the bottom of my original post have mysteriously fixed themselves.

Still stumped on the main issues though, the quests.

go back to Thulius and get smart assed with him. he'll go to the meeting.. do the same with the jarl.. then hang on cuz once the meeting has started is a fun (/sarcasm ) ride..

Tried. There is no new dialogue for me to give. All are grayed out and he just repeats the same responses to each one.

Well I noticed others on the web have had similar, if not the same, problem finding what we are missing in the quest line.

Anyone?

Any way to abandon quests? This is getting pretty damned old.

I've exactly the same bug, it pisses me off.

Looks like I'm off making a new character, after 50 hours on this one.

I suggest you skip to the next part of season unending by typing

setstage MQ302 40.

You won't be able to do the rest of civil war quest till the MQ line is over though.
