Hi i get a problem from each patch, except v1.1, i can't make up down the camera with my mouse, only right left, so i'm reistalled the game and play 1.0 only.
Is there any way to fix it via "ini" file?
I want use the top 1 mod of nexus, SkyUI, i can use it but the problem is the up down camera which is not moving.
Please help!

I had the same problem in Oblivion. Try deleting the skyrim.ini and skyrimprefs.ini. Once you do that and go into game, it restores the ini files with default settings. It will reset your graphics settings too, so don't forget to change them. It helped fix my problem in Oblivion, hopefully it fixes yours.
