After finishing the civil war quests for the Empire Hadvar the Nord empire guy from the begining always follows me around
It has happened twise now. Both times I comleated the Civil war. He always have his sword out aswell and is very on edge.

has this happened to you guys? Do Ralof do the same?

He only follows me around whiterun sometimes.
