I've had a situation with my mage having "draugr eyes:" that blue glow effect they have. I don't know when it started, but it was many levels ago, and I was starting to think it came from some perk in the Conjuration constellation. But yesterday, the effect went away. I believe it was when I read the Elder Scroll at the Throat of the World. Has anybody else had this phenomenom?

I think I gave myself that effect with console commands, made a ring with the draugr effect and ghost effect.
