Does anyone know if there are enemies that have resist magic (not elemental resistance)? I can't think of one except for bretons.

Atronachs have a resistance to their element I think... and Alduin is pretty bad ass when it comes to resisting all sorts of attacks. Other than that I dont think so, besides it would weaken mages so much that they would become obsolete.

The forsworn are bretons, so they have the 25% magic resistance.

Giants have 33% magic resistance.

Arch mages, at least the ones I spawned, had 55% magic resist. I suspect they were Bretons with all 3 levels of the magic resist perk in the alteration tree (25% + 3(10%) = 55%). I didn't spawn all baseIDs to check them all, so I doubt all of them have this much; I think there are Arch mages who aren't Bretons. Dwemer constructs also have 25% resist.
