If you mean if you're character can get fat then no.

If you're into RP then you can get as fat as you like. Damn those tasty Leg of Goat!

The Weight Watchers Guild is alive and well in Skyrim. Only they have developed magical calories. These are calories that only replace the energy your body uses. Excess Calories are just passed on.
