I've read ( can't remember where ) that if I kill any Justiciar, he might attack me on sight. However it doesn't seem to work in my case.

Is it true? Maybe I'm doing it wrong?

He's never done it to me, and I tend to kill Thalmor on sight.

I turned into a werewolf and then ate them all but I would rather finish him while he looks in my human face . I don't want a bounty on my head also .

I've killed random Thalmor before meeting Ondolemar without any consequence.

Yeah, he never attacked me either.

I ended up killing him (and his guards) via backstab with my assassin chick. On my warrior dude he disappeared after the CW, but his guards remained; they fell victim to an unfortunate werewolf attack - those things are real, people!

Lot of warewolf sightings in Understone keep it seems.

It's like an infestation.

No wonder why the Falmers went in to Nord extermination mode.
