To a very cool dungeon called Yngol's barrow East of Windhelm. There can be some issues with it, however.

I would recommend getting the quest from the Jarl of Winterhold to fetch his family's helmet before the first time you enter it.

Also... bring a very powerful weapon along.

Or lots of stamina potions. Just fair warning.

And don't step on the orbs. :P

If you can't find her in Winterhold, you can get the claw in Yngol's Barrow. Why I say this is, Winterhold is probably number 2 in dragon attacks and I've seen her and her brother both dead froma dragon attack on the town.

The helmet quest is radiant, so there's a number of places the quest may send you. One of them is Yngol's Barrow, so my experience is it's best to get the quest from the Jarl before you go there. I have had it bug out and not spawn the helmet when I've already visited the Barrow, but have also seen advice opposite to this. So my best advice is always save before you do either.

Yngols' Barrow is too cool a place to be distracted by stupid bugs.
