I cannot start one of the main quest 'Diplomatic Immunity'. Delphine is still stuck in 'blade in the dark'. I have gave the horn to the grey breads and Delphine is back in Riverwood and she cannot say anything to start the other quest. My game is up to date and I have the Unofficial patch 1.0.

Generally if you hit a bug, try reloading a previous save and try again.
Most of the time it solves the issue.

I load a save before I done Blade in that dark.
I killed that dragon and talk to Delphine in Kynesgrove. I chose the top quote and asked questions about the thalmor and that line of questioning, then that quest 'Diplomatic Immunity' pops up in my journal.
What I done (in my first go) after I asked the first question which is the top ( in that link)then I went the one below it and the other lot of question about the thalmor did not pop up.

I lost one week of play and 16 levels.

Your screenshot looks as if you can scroll further down in that dialogue box. Maybe the odd font is messing it up and all you have to do is scroll down and select whatever dialogue option lurks below.

It's also possible that the Unofficial Patch created more problems. It's only version 1.0, that's barely out of alpha stage.

I could not scroll any further. I only had those two.
Like I typed I went back to the save before I done the quest, done it, talked to her, questioned her about the thalmor and the other quest popped up in my journal after I done that line of questioning. That was my second go at it. First time I picked those first two and cannot question her about the thalmor. Its like it disappeared. If there was more I could of seen the other text. That is out of talk mod.

As for the that patch it fixed most but I have to take note what I do. Beside I post this in Unofficial Patch post. as well. I did not typed that I lost a week of play and 16 levels.
