I did a great deal of searching of the topic and got no answer. Anyway, is the Argonian male voice broken because in my little research for voicing, all the races have individual voicing, with the humans and elves having a small variety, and orcs, khajiit, and even the female argonian having a unique voice. It's hinting to be a bug, but it's quite possible the voice was just never recorded.

Edit: PC refers to Player Character

from what ive seen/heard by playing a few characters is they use the same voice actor for all male characters and the same voice actor for all female characters no matter what race you play

EDIT: I forgot to say that its only for the player characters (dragonborn)

Wut? Are you saying that male argonians have a human/elf voice? well i think thats intended.

the power attack voices and some of the taking damage voice for the PC argonian disagree with your statement.

This is my main source of evidence. I haven't noticed the power attack sound nor the damage sounds.

I find it extremely ridiculous that my character gasp for air after getting out of water.

I believe it's done like south park, same voice actors but using auto tune
