What Settings do you think i should be running?

I just bought a new computer to play Skyrim, I have been playing for about 15hrs now with everything on ultra. It runs at 60fps nearly all the time but, every once in awhile I will step outside and my FPS will drop to 10-15, the only way to fix this is to quit and restart. also I used to get it where my screen would go black after about 10mins of playing, it would stay black only for 10secs and come back. Lately it has stopped coming back. it will go black and crash to desktop and i get a driver failed error. The CTD has been nearly fixed by reducing my overclock on my video card. These problems arent not gamestopers for me really but i was just wondering if maybe reducing my settings would help? my specs are

Msi 870A-G46 mobo
AMD Phenom II X4 965 BE 3.4Ghz(overclocked to 3.8GHz)
ASUS GTX560 Ti 900mhz(overclocked to 975mhz)
8GB of Gskill RAM at 1600mhz
17" monitor at 1440X900

what do you think my settings should be at?

also i am running a few Graphic mods
High res texturepack
Lushgrass
Lushtrees
realistic lighting
