Magic!

Now this is a Build thread. Enlightening information here... quite an education...

I'm only level 25 and can't answer a lot of these questions.

I struggled with a few, but I came up with the best possible answer(s). Like I don't use shields, but I made a set of Ancient Nord Armor for my chick just for the hell of it and when she runs around in it I put a Legendary Blades shield on her with a Legendary Ebony Sword. I chose Imperial Shield for least favorite because it's wooden.

Also, I don't really use magic, but I goof around with Invisibilty a little bit and Healing isn't super great because potions are available.

You could do one anyway, since it would be more interesting to see you come back in a few levels and see what changes.

I have to admit I could still see myself changing my mind on a few things.
