Switching Weapons and Shouting Glitches

I can't believe power leveling smithing has been "fixed" and this actual problem has been in game since launch. Whenever I try to switch weapons while wielding a weapon or even having it sheathed, my character takes a decent 5 or 6 seconds to try to switch. Sometimes he even pulls out his dagger twice before actually being able to use it. It always requires me to find a place to hide or to run away while I'm switching weapons instead of being able to change from ranged to melee or my dagger to my sword instantly. Also, another thing related to this is the huge amount of time it takes a bound sword to appear. I would understand if it was doing the animation right as I use the spell, but the animation usually takes like 3 seconds to start and coupled with the time it takes to display the animation, I could be dead.

Shouting after using a weapon or spell is extremely glitched, as my character will try to shout, fail, and I won't be able to cast a spell, shout, or sprint until it fixes itself, which usually takes about 10-20 seconds. I was recently killed in a Dwemer ruin because I tried to use Elemental Fury and ended up not being able to heal myself or run away from the enemies. I had to start at the beginning of the ruin because of this. I don't save often because I play on PS3, and as we all know, the PS3's saving system is crap. The saving menu itself takes a lot of time to load, but that's an entirely different problem. Anyways, I know that the next patch has already been decided, but I would like to see these huge combat glitches fixed in a patch soon. Has anyone else had these problems?

yeah, good luck with these.

All been reported.

None ever commented on by the developers.

Yes, in eight months they can not manage a 30 second response to any of around a dozen threads for each of the problems you cite.

Bethesda PR is utter garbage, and likely we're stuck with things 'as is' if you look at their track record.
