It's January.

So will we be getting the CK sometime this month and some balance updates, right?

Skyrim has been on the market for nearly 2 months now and after 5 characters and a few hundred hours of gameplay I'm starting to get a little bored. Has there been any talk of upcoming expansions at all? If not, when can we expect some kind of announcement?

Apparently there is a dlc coming out that fixes frame rate drops but you have to pay $20 for it.

Making this topic won't speed up anything, that's for sure.

No, I suppose not. :(

I had figured they'd announce the first expansion sometime around the end of this month and release it maybe torwards the end of February, early March.

It was January for the past five days, it is January now, and it will continue to be January for three & a half more weeks.

Some where...

Perhaps over a rainbow...

It's way up high... On their list of things to do

Also There's a land that I've heard of...

Once upon a lullaby.

I sure did, you should try it sometime. It isn't that hard. In fact, if you have any trouble, people tend to prefer to use google or an alternate search engine before creating a post in the forums when concerning common knowledge.

Maybe you shouldn't be on a message board if you're so touchy about someone trying to have a discussion related to the game. Kinda the point of the forums.

I think it's pretty much people who don't have a job who expect anything important to happen in the first week of January. Or people who don't think all the folks at Bethesda are just normal working people.

You posted a question (or two) and I answered it. If answers weren't what you were looking for, that amounts to spam.

Can't see anything major coming in 1.4. Wouldn't mind a fix for the low audio on npc voices though.

Can't remember how beth scale their patches. Do they scale them as the updates are ready(1.4, 1.5, 1.6 etc) or bundle them in one big package and class a major update (1.4 straight to 2.0). I know some publishers do this.

Great, thanks. That would have been helpful in your first post, which was, nothing more than trolling IMO. In the mod section, somewhere I never go because I'm playing on console.
So thank you, for giving me a helpful response, even if it took sarcastic and pointless posts to get there.

You, making a post entitled "It's January" makes my first post solid gold wisdom. I've also not an ounce of sarcasm in any of my posts. If you sensed any, that's only because of your outlook on life.

On my part, mate.

I only asked about the CK for those on PC who might be wondering the same thing. I'm a console player, the CK affects me in no way. I am more interested in DLC/Expansions.
