Quick Question Keys

Post » Thu Jun 07, 2012 9:10 am

I have a lot of keys in my key section of my inventory (ON Xbox 360) I was wondering is there any reason for me to keep these keys or should I just put them in a respawnable container and let them dissappear into what I like to call the void??

The3 only key ive ever reused is the TG Guildmasters chest key. I ditch all the rest in a barrel or on a corpse.

Most keys open locks near where they were found. However, every once in a while the lock is on the other side of the map.

Also, NPCs can relock locks and the key lets you get back in again.

Since keys take up no weight, and you don't ever have to actually scroll through the list, I ignore them. The only issue, and I think this has been patched out, is when multiple copies of one key spawn in your inventory. I am not talking 2 copies, but many copies.

I'm starting to feel like the Skyrim Caretaker. I must've pickpocketed the keys to just about every house by now.
