Why is it impossible to find Deep Freeze perk on YouTube?

I'm so curious about the ability, as you use like first Frost spell, you freeze their health slowly down and I wonder how the end effect looks like, the result of the Deep Freeze perk in work.
Can anyone help me out with a YouTube clip here? *sad eyes*

Frost is generally regarded as the worst element to pick for destruction due to how many creatures are resistant to it and because the secondary effect doesn't compete with fire's higher damage or shock's faster travel time. It's probably due to very few people using frost that it isn't on youtube. You could always test it in game yourself, shouldn't be too difficult. Even if you're on console you could save up the perks to get it, save, and try it out. Considering how fast you can gain a level by grinding some skills shouldn't take to long to do.
