Anyone heard of Wintersand Manor?

Post » Thu Jun 07, 2012 7:31 am

I just took immense pleasure in sending Nazeem permanently to the Cloud District  !! Whilst rifling his corpse I came across a key for somewhere called Wintersand Manor. Anyone know where it is so I can loot the place?

No! Go away and never mention it again.

The predominant belief is that it was just a house/building that was left out of the final release.

Hmm. The MOST interesting thing about that is that Nazeem had a key to someplace like that....

I heard Nazeem was meant to have his own quest, but it was left out for some reason.

It was meant to be the home of Nazeem and his wife, Ahlam, but the house was removed and now they room above the Drunken Hunstman. Oddly enough they forgot to take the keys out of the game.

A lot of people, myself included, just like to think Nazeem's gone off the deep end and just written "Wintersand Manor" on some random key to keep up with his supposed influential stature.

That would certainly fit the "poseur" mentality. What a tool (to quote from an AGES long gone Bioware game....)

Lol I was wondering if he was important for anything in particular, now I don't think the world will care all that much if he meets and unexpected and unfortunate end to his stuck-up, one line saying, self.

Wait. I thought the two "levels" of Whiterun were the Cloud District and the Wind District. Am I wrong about that?

(Edit - why why why is a google logo always inserted in my posts? I always edit them out because the link doesn't work right. Confused.)

Actually, there's a third one: the Plains District (where all the merchants are).

As for the Cloud District and why we don't go there... You should talk to Nazeem more often, you'll understand :P

Dragonsreach IS the Cloud District. It's supposed to be IN the Cloud District, but that's all there is of that area in the finished game.

Edit: The Wind District is the area around the Gildergreen, while the Plains District is the street where all the shops and taverns are at.
