To Get Perks... Or Not?

I've had trouble wording this thread right, so I'm just going to keep it short. I'm playing the game for the first time in months and I want to go ahead and use the Oghma Infinium glitch. Would it be better for me to spend those perks to create a solid build for the game now, or should I hold some points back in hopes that the DLC will implement new perks for me to spend my points on? I doubt that the new DLC would have a re-spec option if there are new perk trees, like the werewolf one from the video, but how many points should I keep if I do keep any?

Historically, TES expansions and DLCs have not made any changes to the core rule set or levelling mechanisms. They may add new items and spells. I doubt the levelling and perk system wil be modified.

There weren't perks in previous games, though. If they implement new weapons, they'll have to be tied to a skill tree and be affected by perks. Perhaps they'll simply modify existing perks to have them apply to new weapons, but they'll have to do something.

I've been wondering if they would emulate Borderlands, where the DLC added a few skill points (roughly equivalent to Skyrim's perk points).

I'm going to go ahead and spend most of the perks. I'll max out speech and restoration for the sake of my roleplay build. I'm wanting to use clothing instead of armor, so I'm going to max out alchemy and enchanting in order to give me a bit of an edge there. I'll also max out archery. Hopefully that perk tree will be compatible with the crossbows that were hinted at. That'll leave me 11 perks left over, too. I'll hold onto those just in case.
