What the hay with the Alduin's Bane quest? There are so many quests that screw up, why play? That is what Im finding out.

With Call of Duty your dead or not, no complications... !

After the Fable games... then, finally playing this one I thought wow, from graphics to story-line way better than Fable.

The four times I had to use the walkthru online with SKYRIM was not cool but im old and stupid so I had to and it helped me out. Im stupid but I'm smart enough to know that once the Game Creators announce "You have discovered the Elder Scroll", and it does NOT SHOW UP IN YOUR INVENTORY!!!!! Something is wrong. Im talking about the Alduin's Bane quest. I never got the Elder Scroll in my inventory even after the Lexicon and the buttons, etc.... So why not re-start from a very early save.... I DID THAT AS WELL! I even re-navigated to Paarthurnax twice to see if it was my Fast-Travel.

So this takes the thrill out of the game for me. In a big way. Guess Ill stick with Call of Duty, and they have a new release in November.

Im not slamming this game, Im just tired of the research that has to be done just to friggin play. Additionally, after reading and reading the solutions that still dont work exhausting. More time on PC than playing... Im done.

Really after almost 600 hours and 2 complete play thru s istill have to see one major gamebreaking glitch
True there is onecharacter i had to retire because of a corrupted save file but thats about it

great, because CoD is just as large a game and doesn;t have any glitches what-so-ever.

Did you actually pick the Elder Scroll up? Because when I did that quest, I only had the "Discerning the Transmundane" quest activated so I grabbed the lexicon and got all the way to Septimus before I realized I needed to go back :/

Well, if you actually picked up the scroll, and everything still glitched, then there is a problem. If you want help, make a new thread with details about what happened, and what you did.

Otherwise, I hope you can find a game that suits you. This thread isn't going to help much, so it can close.
