Can't quite get the moves sorted out, resulting in werewolf attacks being more chaotic than effective.

When I hold down a button for a power attack, I seem to get a succession of claw attacks instead.

Sometimes I get the power attack, sometimes I get the successions of claw attacks lol. I seem to get the power attack when I have more stamina.

Aren't the claw strikes the power attack?

I haven't really figured it out but, from time to time, an opponent goes flying accross the room, or I basically tear their head off (but that's probably just a killcam).
