Bound weapons with the Mystic Binding perk have exactly the same base damage as their Deadirc counterparts, and are affected by all related weapon perks.
That said, if you have Deadric weapons, odds are that you're smithing them and can improve them, so those are better. On the off chance that you're not using Smithing, then Bound weapons are useful throughout the entire game thanks to their potential "enchantments" and damage rating. If you've got, say, Enchanting as your only crafting skill, then keep the weapon--it's a free and easy soul trapping weapon, as well as a potential banisher when necessary, and, most importantly, you may find yourself investing in other perks and summoning the occasional Atronach.
ALSO
Two important notes:
-A user above stated that the Bound weapons essentially have three enchantments: Soul Trap, Banish and Turn Undead. That is wrong; Banish turns raised undead, not all undead, whereas Turn Undead, obviously, turns all undead.
-Secondly, and most importantly, Bound weapons have no weight. I don't know about the sword and battleaxe, but this does affect the Bound Bow: it will draw faster. In fact, since Deadric weapons weigh the most in the game and Bound weapons are weightless, the Bound Bow will draw the fastest of any bow in the game and the Deadric bow will draw the slowest.
Obviously, this should be taken into consideration. Assuming 100 Smithing and none of that gamebreaking nonsense, which has higher DPS, and for how long? Because if you use a chart, one will catch up to the other until such a point where they are equal, followed by switching places. Moreover, will you be regularly in open combat or are you a stealth type? You'll want bigger hits if you're stealthy (Deadric bow) and faster hits if you're in open combat (Bound bow).
