i have been olaying since the game came out im 76% through the game,i have come across a lot of bugs and glitches.
Quests that dont clear from my Journal

But the 2 that at the moment are spoiler the game
The Markarth Jail loop and just today i found a Dwarven ruin that i hadnt cleared so i thought great i might find something good in here i fought my way all the way through it was a big one i get to a door and low and behold whatever i do it wont open /no levers or chains just wont open to next area.
When and if are we going to get all these things fixed on Xbox.

Oh and the door was from Irkngthand Slave Pens to the Sanctuary
