So... after playing FO for a while yesterday.... I turned the HUD off using the "tm" command and took some screenshots.
When I start FO now, there is no menu... no cursor or anything. I can't even load a game or open the console to fix it.

Is there a way to turn it on without the console and/or loading a game?
