So Joshua Grahm said that he was waiting for Ulysses (http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Ulyssesi) and that there was a frumentari pretending to be a courier. So is/was Ulysses with the Legion? Did he try to kill the Courier because the Courier had made trouble for the Legion?
